Helen is also passionate about digital transformation and sustainability. She enjoys finding new ways of working, exploring technology and developing practical solutions that improve efficiency, enhance the customer experience and build organisational resilience. Her experience includes customer journey mapping, process mapping and improvement, system integration and UAT testing, as well as developing contingency and resilience plans to help organisations prepare for change and disruption.
