Helen has a proven track record of delivering high-impact programmes across regulated housing, logistics, and global professional services. With experience spanning strategic planning, national contract oversight, project governance, and customer-focused service design, she excels in driving innovation, elevating performance, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

Most recently, Helen led the strategic direction of Orbit’s Better Days customer support programme, and previously, as UK Operations Manager for GES Logistics, she led a national team and was honoured with the 2022 Transformation Award for outstanding improvements in brand reputation, team culture, operational processes, and budget management.

At EY, Helen delivered globally recognised flagship events, including the International Tax Conference and World Entrepreneur of the Year.

With broad expertise across Brand, Marketing and Communications, Innovation, Enterprise Technology, Corporate Responsibility, Social Media, and Procurement, Helen is recognised for building trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
Helen works with both SMEs and large corporate businesses to help them deliver on time, and within budget. Available to support you remotely, or in a hybrid work style from your location. 1:1 Project support is offered with no outsourcing. Helen is also able to work with pre existing PMO teams if additional resource is required.
