Helen has helped redefine travel and accommodation policies, impacting 10,000+ delegates and saving €1 million, with budget management up to €6 million.  She has supported organisations in creating a central logistics programme, enhancing workflow and risk management, and introducing RPA and OCR for efficiency.

 

Proficient in Cvent, Helen manages event registration sites, maintains compliance, streamlines approvals, and negotiates with suppliers for quality service and favourable terms.
